¶ Problem Description
The quick exchange kit was not installed, and when printing began, the nozzle was lower than the printing plate, and then the nozzle hit the heat bed.
¶ Possible Causes
Dual Extrusion Module installation location error.
¶ Solution
1.Refer to the following figure to check if there are any abnormalities in the installation position. If the installation position is incorrect, please correct the installation.
2.If it persists, please export the log information to us for problem analysis.
