- When the machine was first installed with Dual Extrusion Module, the screen displayed "not responding".
- This issue did not occur when using the 3D printing module.
- The machine firmware is too old to recognize the Dual Extrusion Module.
- Turn off the machine power， and unplug the connecting cable of the Dual Extrusion Module.
- Power on, update the firmware on the screen, or download the latest firmware to a USB flash drive and then use it to upgrade the firmware.

- After the update, turn off the machine power, connect the cable of the Dual Extrusion Module, then power on. See if the problem is solved.
