¶ Problem description
- When the machine was first installed with Dual Extrusion Module, the screen displayed "not responding".
- This issue did not occur when using the 3D printing module.
¶ Possible reasons
- The machine firmware is too old to recognize the Dual Extrusion Module.
¶ Solution

Turn off the machine and unplug the connecting cable for the Dual Extrusion Module.

Power on the machine, then update the firmware directly through the touchscreen or by downloading the latest firmware onto a USB flash drive and using it to perform the upgrade.

After updating, turn off the machine again, reconnect the Dual Extrusion Module cable, and power it back on. Check if the issue has been resolved.
