Module: 200W CNC
When the 200W CNC engages with the wood piece, the machine automatically pauses.
Using the 200W CNC carving on brass, and it works fine for about 30 minutes before pausing on its own. When trying to resume, an error message appears: "Unable to resume the job. Please check your machine setting and try again."
Please refer to the recommended parameters for CNC carving and cutting below to verify if the Step Down settings for the material that are processing are correct.
Try lowering the working speed and Step Down to see if this resolves the issue.
In the screen settings, turn on the spindle rotation separately and observe if it rotates normally.

If reducing the work speed and step down doesn’t resolve the issue, and the spindle motor spins normally, the problem might be caused by a faulty controller board. Please contact support for further diagnosis and share the troubleshooting results you've gathered so far.
