Check whether the Enclosure Door is always closed when using the 10W Laser Module.
If not, please keep the Enclosure Door closed throughout the process and try again.
If the problem still cannot be solved,
a. Then it may be that the Enclosure Door is manually triggered to close, and the FW and SC logs need to be exported for further analysis.
b. It is also possible that the Enclosure Door Sensor is faulty, go to step 2.
If yes, proceed to the next step.
Unplug the Enclosure and try again to see if the 10W Laser Module can emit light normally.
If yes, then the Enclosure Door Sensor is faulty. Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot.
Check whether there are four magnets on the Enclosure and they are installed correctly and not falling off.
If there is no abnormality with the magnets, please check whether the 4 LEDs on the Enclosure Door Sensor are on when the Front Door and Side Door of the Enclosure are closed.
You can also use a screwdriver to access the 4 contacts on the back of the Enclosure Door Sensor PCB. Please be careful not to touch the PCB with a screwdriver, otherwise it will cause a short circuit. When removing the PCB, please be careful not to lose the gasket behind the PCB. Please refer to this video.
If the 4 LEDs on the Enclosure Door Sensor are abnormal, then the Enclosure Door Sensor PCB needs to be replaced.
If not, please proceed to the next step.
Replace the 1.6W Laser Module and observe whether the phenomenon is the same.
If the 1.6W Laser Module is normal, it means the problem occurs with the 10W Laser Module itself.
Connect the 10W Laser Module, turn the laser on and off through the Touch Screen, and see if it can be completed.
a. If not, it means the 10W Laser Module may be faulty.
b. If yes, please control the laser intensity of the 10W Laser Module through the Touch Screen and observe whether the change in laser intensity is obvious.
If the 1.6W Laser Module and 10W Laser Module phenomena are consistent, it means that the Controller Interface or the Toolhead Cable may be abnormal.
