The system logs of the 2.0 models can be only exported to USB flash drives.
To export system logs of the Snapmaker 2.0 models:
- Insert the USB flash drive.
- Go to Settings - Export Log on the touchscreen.
- Logs will be exported to your USB flash drive.
Please wait for a moment before unplugging the USB drive. It takes some time to fully export the log files.
- After exporting, insert the USB drive into your computer. Files with the FW prefix are the log files from the main controller, while those with the SC prefix are the log files from the touchscreen. The larger the number following the prefix, the more recent the date.
