Snappy Club is Snapmaker’s official loyalty program, launched on June 1st, 2024.
By joining Snappy Club, you can earn Snaps (Points) and redeem them for exclusive discount coupons and rewards.
Simply register for an account on our official website. Once you're logged in, you are automatically enrolled in Snappy Club and can start earning Snaps/Points.
You can earn Snaps/Points by completing various activities:

Example: If you earn 100 Snaps on April 1 and another 100 on May 8, 2024, they’ll expire on April 1 and May 8, 2025 respectively (unless redeemed earlier).

⭐ Entry rewards are automatically granted once you reach a new tier.
Orders placed after the Snappy Club launch (June 1, 2024) are only eligible if you were already a registered member at the time of purchase. If you joined later, those past orders won’t earn Snaps.

If your order is canceled, returned, or refunded, the Snaps earned from that purchase (including bonuses) will be deducted from your account.
If your Snap balance isn’t enough, your account may temporarily show a negative balance.
Yes. If your redeemed coupon has not been used, you can email info@snapmaker.com to request cancellation and recovery of your Snaps.
No. Snaps can only be earned through purchases made on the Snapmaker Official Online Store.
Snaps were added based on your past purchases on Shopify and Kickstarter.
Snaps are accumulated only from purchases made after May 28, 2024 (12:00 AM PDT).
