1.Free shipping eligibility is based on the order subtotal after all discounts have been applied.
2.Our production warehouse is located in Shenzhen, China. If stock is unavailable in the overseas warehouse, your order will be shipped from the China warehouse.

4.Orders may be shipped in multiple packages and may arrive at different times. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number once each item has been dispatched.
5.If your order includes both in-stock machines or key modules and pre-order items, we will prioritize shipping the in-stock machines or key modules first. If your order does not include any in-stock machines or key modules, the entire order will be shipped once all pre-order items are available. For customers who prefer split shipments, please contact our customer service team at info@snapmaker.com.

After placing your order, you’ll receive an Order Confirmation email with your order details. Once your item ships, you’ll get a Shipment Notification email with the subject “Your order is on the way”, which includes your tracking number and courier information. You can use this to track your package.
Please note: Tracking updates may sometimes be delayed or remain unchanged for a few days, which is normal. If your tracking hasn’t updated for more than 3 days or seems incorrect, please submit a request here with your order number, and our team will investigate.
Orders are typically shipped according to the estimated dispatch time listed on the product page and delivered within 7–14 business days after dispatch. We currently do not offer expedited shipping, but we always aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
All our products are manufactured in Mainland China.
We have fulfillment warehouses in the US, Germany, UK, Australia, Canada, Japan, and South Korea. Orders from these regions are typically shipped from the nearest overseas warehouse. If an item is out of stock locally, it will be shipped from our China warehouse.
For all other regions, orders are shipped directly from our China warehouse.
Shipments are usually handled by FedEx, DHL, UPS, USPS, local postal services, or other carriers. We select the most suitable carrier based on your order and location. Please note that we currently do not support choosing a specific carrier.
Delivery times may vary due to high order volume, your location, customs, and courier services. If your tracking information has not updated for more than 3 days, please submit a request here with your order number, and our team will investigate and provide assistance.

Sometimes tracking information can be incorrect, and packages may be marked as delivered before they actually arrive. Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it’s a good idea to check with your neighbors and/or shipping carrier.
If you do not receive your order after 3 days, please contact the shipping company to report the issue and open a case. Then forward your case number and/or any response from the carrier to info@snapmaker.com as soon as possible, and we will do our best to help.
