Snapmaker provides a limited warranty for products purchased directly from Snapmaker or authorized resellers. The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. It covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.
The warranty starts from the date of delivery to an end customer for the first time, as evidenced by the original customer’s purchase invoice.
2-year warranty for users from the EU, Switzerland, Norway, and Iceland.
1-year warranty for the rest of the world (any country not mentioned above)

If your product is experiencing issues and you believe it is eligible for warranty service, please follow the steps below to submit a request to Snapmaker:
If the product does not work properly during the warranty period, please click the "Apply for A Request" button below for troubleshooting:
Snapmaker will try to analyze and solve your problem through the online service. If the claim is valid, Snapmaker will repair the defect free of charge. If repair is not possible, Snapmaker will replace the defective part with an identical one or, if no longer available, with a similar part of equal value or offer a suitable refund. Usually, you will receive a confirmation within 1-2 business days.
If you purchase the product from an authorized Snapmaker distributor, they will handle your warranty request on behalf of Snapmaker. Please contact the distributor directly for technical support or warranty service.
The warranty does not cover shipping fees or taxes for sending defective parts for inspection or repair, nor for shipping repaired or replacement parts back to you.
Snapmaker reserves the right to the final interpretation of this warranty policy.
