¶ Before You Start
Make sure the machine is powered off.
Do NOT plug or unplug any cables when the machine is powered on.
¶ Procedures
This chapter takes 3D printing as a demonstration, all steps demonstrated apply to all the other functions.
- Attach the toolhead plate to the 3D printing module .
- Loosen the handle of the toolhead bracket, and then slide the plate into the bracket.
- Tighten the handle of the toolhead bracket.
- Connect the toolhead with the controller.
¶ Single-Extruder Module
- Attach the 3D Printing Module to the slider on the X Axis.
- Connect the 3D Printing Module with the Controller.
- Attach the Filament Holder to the Z Axis.
Skip this step if you are installing the Enclosure.
- Attach the Cable Holder to the Z Axis, and then lock the Toolhead Cable into place.
¶ Dual-Extruder Module
- Attach the Dual Extrusion Module to the slider on the X axis.
- Attach the two cable clips to the X axis and the Z axis.
- Connect the Dual Extrusion Module with the controller, and then lock the Toolhead Cable into place.
- Remove the cable clip that came with the machine, and then attach the new Filament Holder to the other Z axis.
Skip this step if you are installing the Enclosure.
¶ 1.6W Laser Module
- Attach the Laser Module to the slider on the X Axis.
- Connect the Laser Module with the Controller.
- Attach the Cable Holder to the Z Axis, and then lock the Toolhead Cable into place.
¶ 10W Laser Module
- Attach the 10W Laser Module to the slider on the X Axis.
- Connect the 10W Laser Module to the Toolhead port of the controller.
- Attach the cable holder to the Z Axis, and then lock the toolhead cable into place.
¶ CNC Module
- Attach the CNC Module to the slider on the X Axis.
- Connect the CNC Module with the Controller.
- Attach the Cable Holder to the Z Axis, and then lock the Toolhead Cable into place.
